Students of all levels are welcomed. As a certified Sivananda and Vinyasa flow yoga teacher with many years of experience, I love the purity and tradition of the classic Hatha yoga. Its spiritual teachings and adjustments are combined with aligned Vinyasa sequences. You will be both challenged and deeply relaxed during your practice since each of my classes are designed to activate all of your chakras. Stemming from a ballet/gymnastics background and being a Pilates instructor as well, I emphasize good posture, grace, and help you engage your powerhouse. My class is ideal for those who enjoy a mix of physical and spiritual practices. We can converse in English, German or Spanish. Come and join me soon - you will love the results.
