Maggie Clute
Maggie’s intention is to assist students in maximizing well-being from within. With a healing arts background in shiatsu, reiki, massage and breathwork, her style of teaching emphasizes alignment, breath, bandhas and core connection. In 2005, Maggie obtained her Ashtanga yoga certification on the island of Molokai with Mateo Madani. She has additional training in Iyengar yoga as well. Maggie believes that when we obtain more balance and grace in the physical realm, we naturally restore the harmony of the emotional and spiritual levels. “Learning how to listen to your own innate wisdom will allow you to become more open and enjoy a higher state of wellness.”

Gentle Hatha Yoga - Wednesday 9:00 - 10:30am
Gentle Hatha Yoga - Friday 9:00 - 10:30am
